I don't really suggest this attraction if you are short of patience and there will be a thousand kids running around. That wasmy experience, but maybe on different days of the week and in different weather, the Biodome is better. I may also be spoiled because we have one of the best zoos in the country right here where I... more

If you're an adult, I would suggest skipping this particular attraction. Mainly geared towards kids, it can become boring fast. Very pricey and no guarantee that you'll see anything except penguins (trapped in a cage who can't go anywhere) and fish. Plan about one hour for a visit. However, the cafeteria on the main level served fantastic and cheap food... more

I really don't like Biodome. There are few animals, you take less than hour to see all, and the smell is disgustin. Ca $16 is much money for this place. The observatory is ok. If you have to choose, go to Botanic Graden. more

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Drove there, took about 10 minutes from our hotel in Old Montreal. Cost 12.50 each for the adults (AAA rates) but only 2.50 each for the kids. The kids had a great time. My 4 year old enjoyed learning about the various kinds of fish and loved the monkeys. My 2 year old loved the... more

In a single place you can feel like if you were in a forest, or in North Pole. This place has a space for each kind of weather in the world, and show you the plants and animals of each of the enviroments. If you have kids they will like them, to the grandparents it will looks great either. more

Went to see this while in Montreal with our 10 & 7 year olds - the kids loved it especially the penguins and the monkeys. A little pricey but they enjoyed it. more

When I visited the botanic garden, I bought a ticket that made it possible to visit the botanic garden itself, the Insectarium and the Biodome all at a special price of 23 canadian dollars for all 3 attractions. I´ve seen a couple of places before made like the Biodome and I have to say that the canadian version is a... more

I love animals so I was looking forward to seeing the Biodome. Knowing it was old, I mentally prepared myself for a 70's era attraction. It was pretty boring. There were not that many animals to see (a lot of animals were hiding). Considering the high price for admission, this did not meet expectations. It's basically a small indoor Zoo.... more

The place was nice but not many animals and I am a huge animal lover. They have lots of interactive little kiosks but it's too advanced for a 4 year old to learn from. We're from Washington DC and we're used to free Smithsonians and free zoos so for paying $16/person, it's not really worth it. Also, we waited in... more
