Well worth the visit. Not really interested in anything royal, but had spare time whilst visiting the area. Easy to get to from the centre of Edinburgh, buses frequent and cheap. If you are here to experience the real scottish edinburgh then give ocean terminal and the yacht a miss- If you are some kind of monarch fanatic, however, it is unmissable.
