This place is a complete rip-off. From the pre-ride wild west "show" to the constant haranguing for "tips" from the staff, it was just awful. And don't waste your money for upgrade to observation or higher class thinking it will be a respite from small children. It ain't. I can see why some of the reviews are so bad. I LOVE choo choos! So we were going to book the GCRR for our 25th with 2 other couples...well over $1,000. Grand Canyon Railway would be a great alternative for the National Park South Rim Parking Situation. Unfortunately, this once "Mom and Pop" well run operation has gone to the Corporate DOGS.
