A beautiful location to sip wine and learn. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. No wine snobs on the staff here! The rose wine is awesome. I never thought I would write that. Rose is supposed to be what old ladies drink, right? Wrong. While I was here some locals came in to pickup a few bottles for dinner that... more

Quivira was the name for the Spanish of a place in the new world where gold could be found. You may not find any gold at this place, but you sure do find some superior wines. The owner is a collector of ancient maps, and has some on display there. Maps and charts dating back to 16th and 17th century... more
