$38 for regular admission seems a little high but for what you get it sure does seem not too bad. I must admit in the beginning of this review that I am a certified space nut so I had an excellent impression before I arrived though the bad reviews did worry me a bit. The two day nature of the... more

It's been some time since I got into the museum (excellent though!), however, I highly recommend checking out a shuttle launch if possible. The shuttle is scheduled to retire by 2010, so there aren't many chances left. I can't describe the sight to do it justice...you just gotta go and see the shuttle lift off and hear (and FEEL) the... more

We went to KSC this past weekend. What a great facility! The IMAX movies were fantastic, especially the International Space Station movie. This movie is in 3D and you feel like you are aboard the space station yourself. All the footage is shot by the astronauts inside and outside of the space station. The new flight simulator is great. And... more

Went on a Saturday in June 2008 with my Husband and 14 yr old son. Drive from Orlando was great... on the way we had heard a boom which sounded like the sonic boom, my husband and I both agreed that's what it sounded like...without reading newspaper or watching news before we left, we dismissed the sound as a nearby... more

We;ve been touring American for 2 month now (we are Brits) and have done a lot of the attractions. Kennedy was by far the best. We did the $59 guided tour where you go to see some extra bits over the $38 tour. That;s £30 at the current rate, and for that you get: (and we didn't see everything) Enthusiastic... more

We have visited KSC in mid of March 2008 and it has not been a great experience. Generally it could be quite interesting, but it is poorly organized. You have to wait in long queues to get on the buses to the different points of interest, overall this can easily add to a waiting time of two hours and more.... more

This is our second trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Our first trip was 10 years ago and we enjoyed that too. If you can remember the day Neil Armstrong stepped on the moon this place is awesome. If you do visit make sure you take the time to see the movie in the Saturn V complex that is included... more

We arrived at the Kennedy Visitors Center with high hopes. Both my husband and I are children of the space age and remember the heady, exciting times of the race for space. We were so disappointed with much of what we saw there. We opted for the $38.00 package with a bus tour. The bus tour includes a trip out... more

We recently fulfilled a long-held desire to view a launch of the Space Shuttle. As there are fewer than a dozen launches left in the Space Shuttle program, we felt it was imperative to get it done now. We tried to purchase tickets on the NASA website to view STS-123 from the NASA Causeway, not from the Kennedy Space Center... more
