With the weather unseasonably warm, we took a short day trip to Panama City Beach. St. Andrews State Park was beautiful and quiet this time of the year. The beach was just about perfect with clear water. Every once in a while a cool breeze came off the water, but I didn't mind. Towards the end of the afternoon, you... more

My husband and I camped at St. Andrews State Park in late September of this year and absolutely loved it! We had deer walking through our campsight and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the other wildlife that seems to flourish there. The bathhouse was in good shape as well as the washer/ dryer (which came in handy!). We could bike or hike... more

we have been coming to panama for over ten years, and have always stayed in condos with the beach right there, but this is such a quite and gorgeous place to swim, snorkle or just sit and relax, now that the kids are all grown me and my husband call it our private getaway, it's well worth the visit more

St Andrews is a two-part state park. Part of it is accessible by car, has a couple of nature walks and some very nice beaches. The entrance fee is $5. They have beach chair rentals, a small concession shop and another store where you can buy some groceries. The first week of May when we visited was not crowded so... more

My husband and I decided on our last day of a three day weekend getaway (to Grayton Beach State Park in Santa Rosa, and Sunset Inn at PCB) to make the most of our time and spend another day kayaking. St. Andrews was our spot of choice and it was just perfect. We took a tour of the park before... more

I have been to PCB several times but this time we decided to go to St Andrews. I was so glad we did. We spent over half the day just walking around. It was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. I loved going out on the Piers, and climbing on the rocks. It was the perfect... more

I've been to PCB twice now and St. Andrews State Park has been on the must see list both times. It's a great value for $5 entry fee! Beautiful beaches-even during a cold snap when we had to wear coats and gloves, the beach was gorgeous! White, white sand, dunes, blue water! Between the Gulf side beach and the Lagoon... more

My wife, teenaged daughter and I recently spent three days at St. Andrews State Park. This place is a slice of heaven in Panama City Beach. Although I didn't see any cabins for rent there, it is a great place for your travel trailer, pop-up, or tent. There were over a hundred sites, and probably 40 or so are directly... more

I have stayed at this park about 25 times. The showers in the campground have become very dirty this year. Lots of soap scum. Some of the camp sites need more sand to cover all the tree roots. more
