People that work there arent very informative and pretty rude. Aquarium is just like any other, seen one youve seen them all. Dont waste your money on the ride film, paid $56 for a family of 5 waited 15 minutes and it last 6 minutes. Its a very uncomfortable ride (if you can call it that) and it reminded me... more

My sister and mom and I went to titanic in discovery pyramid; the 4D movie, the ride; and the paddle wheeler; Titanic was OK but still TOO expensive for what was previewed.... we will never come back; the lush gardens are beautiful outside but for the cost.... This was a great place. My husband and I went. All the attractions were good, spent about four hours total. Did not go to the Palm Beach but went everywhere else. The rainforest, aquarium were great. Nice atmosphere, good times. more

Moody Gardens has a great aquarium. You can purchase a one day pass for 48.95, which gains you admission to the rainforest, and the discovery pyramids, and also the Palm Beach. It's one price, for adults and children. We loved the Aquarium, we should have just paid to visit this attraction. The palm beach looked great, we didnt have a... more

It was my fourth trip to Moody Gardens in as many years. I was disappointed. First of all, let me say I think it is a very good idea, fairly well carried out and very poorly maintained. First the price. $45 per person is a bit steep. In the winter that gets you a one hour ride on a seedy... more

We're a couple in our mid twenties, and had spent a couple of hours in Galveston and was looking for something to do. I did think Moody gardens may be a little childish, but its definately not. The rainforest pyramid was $20~ for two of us and well worth it. Look carefully, and you can see all sorts of creatures... more

The pyramids are nice, as well as the grounds, but very overpriced. It was a good weekend getaway, but we definitely won't be going back. As another reviewer said "been there, done that". more

We enjoyed the trip. The hotel was nice and plenty to do for 2 days with a couple of kids. Water Park, Rain Forest, Aquairum, Palm Beach and different 3D and 4D movies to see. I can honestly say go and be prepared to stay on site @ Moody Gardens. In my opinion the Beach at Galveston is not as... more
