“Wonderful little musuem about the role of the interurban railroad”

This is a wonderful little musuem in a converted substation that tells the history of the Texas Electric Railway and how it helped the economic development of the area. With the rise of the freeways it eventually closed and has been forgotten by all but railroad history buffs. Photos and artifacts explaing the founding of the line, it's success, management... more
