This wonderful refuge is apparently one of the most important spots on the Atlantic Flyway migration route. The trails are not long, but the birding is incredible. To really take in the wonder of this coastal refuge, you really need to get out on the water. SouthEast Expeditions across the street offers guided kayak tours through the marshes. They took... more
