Cougar Mountain Zoo is a living argument for why the animals should be let out of the zoo. The animal prison cells were small. The animals had few amusements. The animals looks bored & lonely. This small zoo tucked away off of SR900 grows on you. It doesn't have the large African savana exhibits that most large, rban zoos have, but that is what makes this zoo nice. This zoo has a small, but great collection of animals. The enclouseres may not be "naturalistic", but the animals are really happy and healthy. Every day the keeper give the animals some form of physical and mental exercise, which is really fun to watch.
