We stayed at the Velas in August and loved the grounds and all the staff! They were all there to make your stay perfect!! Our waitor by the pool was awesome (won) we never had to wait for anything he was always there! The staff was working 24/7 on the grounds... We can't wait to go back!! more

We booked this hotel through RCI timeshares. I went with two lady friends and my mom, who had a broken leg. We had adjoining rooms--they were really spacious and had lovely decor. Just spend 1 week all inclusive with my teenage son at Velas--we had a 1 bedroom suite on the 4th floor in the center of the property and overlooking ocean and garden/pool.
