The good: pool(s) and food is fabulous. Bars and lobby are breathtaking. Another Riu is next door and you can go there but they cannot go to yours. We loved the Riu Palace...it was our first time staying there plus our first time in Cancun. No problems checking in, the room was great and clean. Service was outstanding...you never had an empty drink! Food was better than I expected - the buffett was better than any all inclusive buffett I have been to in the Bahamas or Jamaica.... more
