The Riu Palace Mexico is amazing! I felt like royalty while I was there. My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon-our best vacation ever. We left yesterday, after 10 days, and miss it already. Just returned from a week-long stay. The rooms are very dated. The beds are not very appealing - sort of look like boxes with blanket thrown over them. Honeymooned at the Riu Palace. Couldn't have asked for more. Rooms large and very air-conditioned! Pool was great, beach was very impressive. Food was OK. All in all, a great place to relax after a hectic few months! more

My husband and I honeymooned at the Riu Palace and had an awesome time! We couldn't find a single thing to complain about! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the scenery beautiful.
