We booked this hotel because of a meeting that was located at the hotel. It was a little strange parking underground and going to the 3rd floor lobby of the hotel. No problems though as it seemed pretty secure. Their is a mall in the center of the hotel that doesn't really bother as the stores open at 10 or... more

I think you will struggle to find a better value hotel. Location is a little strange above a shopping centre in China Town, though only a 15 minute walk from the CN tower and downtown. Staff very helpfull Good gym, free simple breakfast and Internet access No complaints at all, and would recommend. more

We arrived late in the evening via taxi from airport - and found the hotel difficult to find in the dark, and our initial thought was that we were in a dodge area due to outside appearance. We ended up ringing the hotel to ask how to find the front door. It is actually above a Chinatown Shopping Centre. Once... more

I originally booked this hotel for my parents who were traveling with their 60+ yr old friends. After searching around and finding hotel in the downtown area about $150 for tourist level hotels, I stumbled on reviews about this hotel. The rate was $118.00 in September, but I also managed to book it for a seniors rate at $110.00 which... more

Since we entered the hotel through a back entrance, we didn't realize how it was set up until after we had checked in and gotten settled. It's actually situated on the third floor of a Chinese mall. Once you get over the strangeness of staying at a mall, it's actually cool. During business hours, the mall is bustling. We enjoyed... more

This hotel is close to the downtown areas - I just walked to everything. The price is good as opposed to brilliant but you can't get better without getting into a hostel or university setting. There are a lot of great and authentic places to eat in China Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, there is a computer with... more

Enjoyed stay at Super 8 in Toronto Chinatown. Great location if you like to explore city. Close to ball park for baseball games. Chinatown in Toronto is huge, and has many restaurants and shops. Entertainment district also only about 10 min walk. Only negatives are elavators are slow, and you can't use stairs (only for emergencies) so you do wait... more

The hotel is in a reasonable central location for Little Italy and Chinatown but quite a walk from Dundas Square/Eaton Centre. If you fly into Toronto City Centre Airport (Porter Airlines), this hotel is very easy to reach. We had a problem with housekeeping. The bathroom was not clean, we found short black hairs everywhere (around the sink, on the... more

Stayed at this hotel in the Chinatown Center (a mall). We didn't shop in the mall at all, but there are many little shops steps away from the hotel. Kensington market, Rogers center, Eaton's center, etc. are all nearby. Staff were pleasent, rooms were clean and nice, did not hear any noise from the mall in our room. Overall, it... more

We stayed here for two nights and found the location to be very central to all the things we wanted to visit. There was a minor problem when we arrived in that our room was not available to check-in due to some problem with the delivery of linens. The staff was very apologetic. We left our luggage and went out... more
