We stayed for three nights the first week in September while on vacation. It seemed more like a European boutique hotel than a low end Marriott. The staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, the breakfasts were good and the location was excellent. We would certainly go back. more

We booked the room through Marriott and were happy with our choice from several perspectives. The location was good with respect to nearby sites, proximity to subway (a 5-10 minute walk) when necessary and choice of restaurants--which were abundant in the vicinity. We stayed here for 3 nights in July. We wanted to stay in Old Montreal and I picked this hotel based on Tripadvisor reviews. The location was excellent; we could walk to everything: shops, restaruants, Notre Dame, the waterfront. We talk to the Grayline double decker bus tour and the Baton Mouche 60 minute boat ride. This hotel is in a wonderful location in Old Montreal. About 10 blocks to the IGA supermarket, which I suggest going to first and buying some food to keep in your fridge at the hotel.
