The hotel is located on a street that has about 15 other identical hotels on it. Rooms, hallways, breakfast area, reception, stairs are all quite small. Room was clean and quiet. The noise from the road outside was loud and continuous but didn't quite succeed in drowning out the noise coming from the rooms above and beside us. I don't think we slept a wink that night! A truly awful London hotel. Convenient for Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, but otherwise has absolutely nothing going for it. Unfortunatley our request for a non smoking room was unable to be met, hence a musty room with cigarette burns in the blanket.
