Very good hotel with excellent and helpful staff. The refurbishment has improved it drastically and the staff are obviously enjoying working in their new environment as they couldn't do enough for you. Nice restaurant and bar in the basement - only negative would be that there isn't really anything decent nearby so you are forced into eating at the hotel... more

Changed to here after a bad stay at the Ramada Ealing. This was a much better experience!
