This hotel is excellent for events at the o2 arena as it is just a short bus drive away or one stop on the Thames clipper. Difficult to fault this hotel really. Right next to a DLR station making access across the capital easy. This hotel needs to install air conditioning - I have stayed several times and the rooms are fine in winter and very comfortable but when it's warm the 'air cooling system' is useless. It's very noisy with the window open as there are trains one side and a clock that chimes every hour the other! more
