Myself and 13 work colleagues stayed here as we were going to the Playhouse Theatre which is conveniently situated across the road. Unexceptional hotel with a great location close to city centre and main rail station. Front desk service is uninspired and alarmingly little checks are made for ID when checking in - considering my partner had checked in earlier and I was able to turn up and get a key by just giving my name it was a little disturbing.
