Second time staying in hotel. Definitely not as good as the first The room was too warm with no way controlling heat. Room was much smaller than previous visit. It cost twice as much and finally shower didnt work. Definitely a case of second time not lucky ! I think i will try a b+b next time more

Travelled to Castlebar recently to attend Riverdance Show, which was excellent and stayed at Days Hotel. The Hotel is in a good location easy to walk to town centre, very modern and rooms immaculate condition. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to book a hotel in Castlebar more

We spent a night in Days after a day on Achill Island. Friendly staff, great food & great rooms. We found the hotel to be very clean and well run. Overall we were very satisfied and will return to this hotel. more

We recently stayed in Days hotel, and went to the saw doctors concert, loved the decor fresh, bright, very clean. Staff friendly through out, really surprised at the dinner in the restaurant, excellent for a hotel restaurant, prawns to start and scallops for mains ...great wine list. will be back. more

The first thing that catches your eye is the decor. It was borderline GAUDY, or I guess you could say tastelessly ornamented. See the pictures.
