This is a beautiful hotel for a relaxing break. Staff are very friendly and efficient, very discrete but available when needed. We had one evening meal included in our two night stay and the fine dining in La Fougère Restaurant exceeded our expectations. Large Buffet breakfast with choice of hot breakfast from the kitchen. A visit to the Spa's pool... more

A beautiful hotel. It is well worth the money! Each guest is treated so well and professionally. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Food is very fancy. Westport is great town for going out in. 10 minutes walk to town. Would recommend a weekend break here more

It's an impressive building with quality furnishings and nice decor. But it seemed lacking in atmosphere. Our suite was big and grand, huge bathroom, big tv, big bed, but overall lacking in atmosphere I have to say. Breakfast was decent, all the usual continental and full irish stuff, but the evening meal was excellent, no question about that. Dinner was... more

Stayed in the KHH for 3 nights recently - really enjoyed the stay, everything about the place was really good. We had a 3 night, 2 dinner option - the food was really excellent, and staff very good. Breakfast was also great, and at no stage was anything any problem. I used the pool/sauna etc. a few times, nice a... more

Fanstatic hotel, we stayed here for two nights and enjoyed every minute. We intended to go sightseeing but the weather was shocking and we ended up pretty much not leaving the hotel. Completely relaxing and laid back place with a fantastic spa. We got a great deal by booking directly with the hotel website. All the staff were really friendly... more

We stayed here last week (Aug '08) on a 2 Night break with Dinner on one of the nights and I can honestly say it was fabulous. We had only booked a standard room but it was more than large enough with plenty of space, a huge bed that is possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in and... more

We had a two night deal 2 x B&B with one dinner. What an experience, reception was flawless,a corner room on the ground floor with 2 windows looking out over the grounds. What could we say "Excellent" The bar was good with great views over Westport however we thought the staff could have been more proactive in attending to the guests,I... more
