I am not sure how this hotel managed to get a top rating. The hotel is VERY dated, the rooms are tired and the look like 80's throw backs. Booked via Best Western to stay at Blunsdon House. On arrival there had been a mix up (Best Westerns Website error), which the Reception staff sorted out very quickly and to our satisfaction. Bright and airy entrance leads to a darker reception area. This is a hotel of opposites. Some bits new others old.
