We booked this hotel based on previous TA reviews, the hotel website and location and were not disappointed! The location is great: We easily walked to Notre Dame and the Louvre from the Hotel and there are metro stations very nearby. It's on a quiet side street so you don't suffer from the noise of the main roads, yet you're... more

Booked through Eurostar so we therefore arrived at Gare du Nord station. Twenty minutes walk to the hotel with two suitcases and a young child. (forty if you get lost exiting the station!) Quiet location on a side street so a good nights sleep. Staff friendly and helpful with basic to fluent english language skills, so communication no problem. Hotel... more

Lovely. Just refurbished. Everything new and clean. Comfortable bed, flatscreen TV. Really helpful reception who gave us excellent restaurant recommendation. The area it's in is not fantastic but it's a little way off the street and so very quiet. more

The hotel has been closed and completely renewed this year. it has re-opened last week and I was one of the first customers. Despite paints smells, it is lovely decorated and furnitures are entirely new. its real comfortable and has spent a nice night. Hotel is still very well located in the heart of Paris. And people still smiling and... more

When we arrived the hotel staff were polite and curteous to us and remained so throughout our stay. The only complaint we had were the seemingly lack of fire exits in the building. Our room was on the third floor and was at the opposite end of the floor's fire exit. With no potential escape route through the room's window,... more

Because the hotel lies in a side street, it is very quiet ! The room was large, with a bright, clean bathroom and plenty of hot water to fill the bathtub. The breakfast is not compulsory, so decide for yourself if you want the convenience of taking it in the hotel or you prefer to walk to Starbucks or other... more

Stayed for 6 days. The room is always clean and the bathroom is very spacious because I was expecting small space in France. We were given a room at the second floor with a view of the street. The staff was very helpful especially we arrived there when the Metro was on strike. They speak English and they will call... more

I found the staff at this hotel to be courteous and helpful, with one glaring exception, that being Francois. On more than one occasion, when asking him for assistance, I was met with belligerance and attitude. My room was a decent size and somewhat quiet; however, the bathtub was rather difficult to enter and exit, due to a stationary partition... more

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in late July. My wife and I took our 17 year old daughter to see Paris via the Eurostar train from London. One of the reasons we chose this hotel (besides budget) was it's proximity to the Gare du Nord train station (10-15 minute walk). The Positives: 1) I must say that... more

We got a triple room in the hotel for 7 days. The elevator is small and old and the light is dark... but it is not expensive, clean and safe. The people was nice and the breadfast was good. It was no doubt, the best choice for us, the graduates travel in Paris. We are highly recommend this hotel!! more
