Arrived from Hong Kong after 13 hour flight with 3 children (aged 16 - 11). Booked and paid for a 2 bedroom apartment in January 2008. Upon arriving were told no 2 bedroom apartment was available, it was July their busiest month so don't expect what you've booked and paid for. After reading the previous reviews, we were a little leary of staying here but decided to anyway. We were not disappointed at all! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was sparkling clean and very well sized. We had the smallest room for about $160usd/night.
