We have just come back from a stay at the Mansart and it was first rate - the room was huge and the 2 gentleman that greeted us on our arrival were great. We had breakfast in our room on their suggestion and it just added to the whole experience. We will definitely be back again. more

This was out 3rd stay at the Mansart in the last 5 years. The hotel looks the same as it did on our first visit, i.e., clean, modest, and bordering on needing a face lift. We have stayed in the same connecting-room combination each time. This time, the Superior Room had a slightly off musty odor in one corner of... more

We just returned from a 7 night stay at the Hotel Mansart and found it to be a lovely hotel! It was blissfully removed from the more touristy areas of the 1st, but still easily accessible to the Louvre by foot. It was a quick walk to the Opera metro station, with Madeline and Touilleries stations also within walking distance.... more

We stayed at Hotel Mansart during the first part of April, 2008. When we arrived at the hotel we were surprised and disappointed to see the hotel facade covered in scaffolding since this was not mentioned to us prior to our arrival. Needless to say, our view was very much obstructed and we were awoken at 8:00am by workers outside... more

This is such a lovely hotel. The positive reviews were completely correct. I came here with my boyfriend for my birthday, and the moment we stepped in, the service was impeccable. They spoke English well, but tolerated my rusty French just fine. What I really loved was that they took the time to select a room that was going to... more

Our stay in Paris was made all the more special thanks to the staff of the Hotel Mansart. One person in our party had cancer and was in a lot of pain during the trip, and the staff arranged for a wheelchair we were allowed to use for the rest of the trip. They also got us reservations at the... more

From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable and at home. The room sizes are substantial by Paris standards and it is well located to access Paris attractions. The staff were great. There are great places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in close proximity. We would definitely stay here again as it represents good value for money. more

The location is simply perfect. Just, is the best and most pretty place of Paris. Relation quality / price really very good for 3 stars and the place. We occupied two rooms one "standard" (160 €) and one "Vendome" (larger 240 € and looking partly to Place Vendome) Does not worth to pay 80€ more, our standard was really nice,... more

I went to this hotel because of the excellent reviews and was very much disappointed. The only good thing about it, is the location, on place Vendome, very close to Luvre and Opera. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. It is being renovated at the moment and two walls are covered with scaffolds. I paid full price for... more

My wife and I stayed at the Mansart for 6 nights in mid-August. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had an excellent time. Hotel is clean and in a good state of repair - even if more traditional than 'modern' in style. And the rooms - for a hotel in Paris - are pretty big.... more
