Average/Ok is what I'd call this hotel. Location is very good. I've lived in Paris & choose this area when I go back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the location is great - just a few minutes walk from Notre Dame. However, I don't know if it has AC, so you might want to check on that if you're traveling in the summer. more

I traveled with my wife and two daughters to Paris and looking to stay in one roomed I booked an "apartment" room at the Acacias de Ville. Carpet was not only dirty and wet but the room had no windows!! You had to sit in the tub to take a shower, the ceiling in the bathroom was 5 feet high!!.... more

Have stayed in le Marais before but this was the first time at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room rate included delightful continental breakfast. The room was quite small but very clean and adequate. Included hair dryer, phone and television.
