We chose this hotel since it was listed in our "Let's Go Germany" book, and it was really close to the train station. The hotel exterior and common areas were bright, new, and "creatif", but we were surprised at how bland and tired our room looked. We stayed for 1 night at Creatif Elephant in a double room. We were pleasantly surprised to find someone at reception 24/7, and very polite and friendly. The room was small, bathroom likewise , no air-conditioning so you had to keep the window open thus hearing street noise. Breakfast- only 2 women helping, and they had to do everything, so often there were items needing to be restocked eg. fruit juice, and you either had to be very patient, or do without.
