Stayed here with my wife from nov 1 thruough nov4. Standard room was above expectations, nice size,modern room and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast included in the rate. Most people seemed to miss that they would make eggs in the kitchen at your request. Watch out for some rooms facing the interior atrium but otherwise, excellent experience. The hotel is situated on a couple hundred meters from the S-bahn (station HAUPTWACHE) and it is very easy to reach it from the main train station by underground. The hotel itself is like the other Hiltons a very nice hotel. The lobby is an atrium, with a bar and glass elevators to the floors: which is a spectacular experience.... more

Hi, we've stayed at several Hiltons before, but never hat such problems during breakfast. Service was very slow, Quality of Breakfast Buffet wasn't really 5 star. Room was OK, but compareble to other hotels. more

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The location is very good. In Germany, many shops and restaurants are closed on Sunday, and there are very few places to eat around the hotel. You are then forced to eat at the hotel, which is somewhat expensive. more

Excellent hotel, well located, at 5 min from Zeil and old Opera House with all afcilities and confort. Good Spa and fitness, nice breakfast, very confortable rooms. more

Stayed at this hotel with my spouse for five days and it was great! There are no vending machines but there is an ice machine. A pants presser is in the closet, but I requested an iron and got one. I loved the huge shower, bath robe and Hilton bedroom shoes! Expect only two English speaking channels on the tv.... more
