hi, myself and my boyfriend booked this hotel for a romantic break. we arrived late on a friday night and was told the hotel had made a mistake with the booking and we had to stay in a nearby hotel. i was assured it was the same standard and given an upgrade, free internet use and free mini bar. we... more

Stayed here for 2 nights during the Christmas markets. The hotel is really central being only a few minutes walk from the HauptBahnhof and nothing more than a 10 or 15 minute stroll from the Altstadt where everything was happening. The room we were given was pretty small but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower was relatively... more

Hotel was built into several old buildings in a seedy neighborhood near the train station (Hauptbahnhof). Rooms are small and very difficult to get to through obscure corridors with several small staircases inbetween. Restaurant for breakfast is disappointing. Few facilities in hotel or in room. Not recommended for familes or young travelers. more

This may appear from internet to be a business-like hotel, with decent, standard, clean rooms. The price they charge makes one think that the hotel is luxury. But the rooms are below motel standards. They are dark, too hot, obscenely humid - there's no air conditioning, only an old fan in the middle of the room you can use to... more

Great location! Close to airport, close to all public transport, close to the most important attractions. Although close to the red light district but quite safe! We arrived at 08 a.m. and hotel stuff accomodated us immediately, although the normal check in was at 03.00 p.m. Ideal for a weekend trip to Frankfurt. Business room small but cozy. Nice experience... more

We booked this hotel based on central location but would not recommend it. For what we got the price was very expensive (€400 for 3 nights) and seemed like a budget hotel For a little bit extra one can choose Intercontential Hotel or others... Good: location Bad: smallish room Bathroom smelt of sewage. I had read this from a previous... more

I have stayed here with a friend during the Frankfurt Book Fair, a time frame, when hotel prices climb high up. The room I was shown to first, was most unwelcoming, next to shabby and smelling badly. The receptionist eventually helped me into a "business" room against paying the upgrade. This was a smallish room with no hallway (on entering... more

While the staff was very friendly, the room itself was the worst I'd ever stayed in. The size of a cell - literally. Very hard, narrow twin bed against the wall; lying in bed I could reach the wall on the other side also. No chair, one small blanket, one small pillow. Clean and okay if you just want to... more

We stayed in this hotel to visit frankfurts christmas markets. hotel was very nice, close to station and around ten minutes walk to markets. Did seem like the hotel was suited more to business travellers but reception staff very friendly. Rooms were great, modern and clean. Only single fault was the room service, nobody answered phone, but as we very... more

I have reserved a room for my general manager and now feel embrassed and responsible.Because she was nearly frozen! The heating system didn't work she says. She slept with her jumper in the bed! Maybe this is the only disadvantage of this hotel but I think it is a big problem, especially at -2C... more
