Monheim is a great little town just outside Cologne. This hotel was cheap, free parking and within driving distance of Cologne. We stayed at the Achat Hotel in Monheim this last october for a business trip. The accomodation and services were average, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet could have been more extense, but was not bad. And the hotel had a shuttle service to go to Düsseldorf airport and Messe (conference centre), which came in very handy.
