Booked a two bed superior with jacuzzi for October half term. Our suite facilities were excellent, and it was kept spotlessly clean. The reception staff and bellboys were attentive and efficient---and that's about it. We were unable to use the swimming pool as it was so cold (I know it was October, but surely a 5* should heat it) and... more

just returned from this hotel, was wary after reading some of the reports, well there is no smoke without fire. Upon arrival we were told we were upgraded from a standard suite to a deluxe with a jacuzzi, great we were all excited, we got to the room which was much much smaller than impression given in hotel photos, we... more

Well, like I said, first the GOOD bits. Really friendly helpful staff with good English spoken. Car parked for us and luggage dealt with very efficiently. Check in - had to wait for room, but only until 16:00 check in as specified - more about this later! Breakfast OK - I have seen worse, much worse, but I have seen... more

This is a lovely hotel. We arrived late at night and reception were quick and efficient at getting us checked into our room, and what a room it was. We had booked a family suite with a hot tub on the balcony. I had read reviews that said that their rooms and hot tub wasnt clean but in our case... more

My husband and I took my Mum for her 70th Birthday with a friend and booked a superior 2 bedroomed apartment. Having read previous negative reviews I was a bit concerned I may have made a mistake. Far from it, the hotel & staff fully lived up to expectation. We had a fabulous room and a wonderful time. I explained... more

We just stayed at the Gran Hotel Guadalpin and we had a wonderful time again. This was our third stay in this hotel and we will keep coming back to this hotel in the future because we always have a grand time here. We had the suite with the Jacuzzi on the terrace and it was wonderful to relax in... more

Our room was compact but nice. We were only away for 3 nights which was just as well, as there was only hanging space for 4 items! We had booked a delux room but it seemed to be their most basic. The hotel itself had a lovely pool and it was very conveniently located to Marbella and Puerto Banus. The... more

What a disaster! Once you check in and they have taken your money, that is the last thing that you will hear from anyone at the hotel. When I made my reservation at the hotel, I asked 5 separate times for information on getting to the hotel and no one EVER replied. I did, however, continue to get annoying emails... more
