Grand Hotel Central has a perfect location mid way between the barrio gotic and el born. The rooms are modern with internet access but some are a little dark with views to a courtyard with brick walls. The sundeck would be gorgeous if only it were not packed with guests. My granddaughter and I spent 4 nights at the Grand Hotel Central and loved every minute of it. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very hip, beds were fabulous, and the roof-top pool was icing on the cake. There were a number of restaurants nearby, and public transportation was only a block or so away. more
