This hotel is in a great location with ease of access to Gran Via and Puerto Del Sol. Shops are just around the corner and there is plenty of places to eat. The location is very convenient, but if you are arriving by car make sure you get good directions as the alley to the underground parking garage is hard to find. Location is the best feature of this hotel; it is spot in the centre of Madrid very close to the shopping areas and within easy walking distances (5 to 10 minutes) of most sights. Wonderful experience with only one drawback. Our first night we had a room facing the outside and the noise was terrible. We then changed rooms to one not facing the street. It made all the difference in the world. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was great. I would highly recommend this hotel... more
