I stayed at this hotel while visiting the University of Madrid. It's very convenient to it, only two subway stops away. Other than that, there was not anything very interesting about the area, although there were plenty of shops and restaurants around. One big advantage of the hotel is that they offered free wireless internet on the ground floor, and... more

We stayed at this hotel to experience the new year festivities in Madrid (which were great by the way !). However, we left a bag on our bed during the 1st day we were at the hotel and when we returned in the evening the bag (containing a camera, return train tickets and various other presents) was no longer in... more

Management response from
t3hotels, GENERAL MANAGER

While we regret the comments made in this case and understand that the guest was upset, we would like to point out that this concerns an isolated situation and, as is common practice in all international hotels, we offered to assist the guest in resolving his immediate needs and accompany him to the police, but can not assume any responsibility...

This was a dreadful hotel. There was a door between our room and next room. We could hear every single noise from the next room. People in the next room talked till the morning on the first night. The second morning we woke up with a loud TV noise from next door again in the very early morning. If you... more

Stayed here while in madrid for business but would consider using it whenever in town. The rooms are pretty large and clean, although there is no real restaurant or bar there are plenty in the local area. Great little bar doing traditional spanish filled baguette across the road and a very friendly Irish pub next door where I watched a... more

This was the second time I've used this hotel, I find it a nice, quiet 3 star hotel. Reception staff all speak English, breakfast buffet is ok. Air con was not working when I went, but some hotels don't have it on until the hot weather arrives. Room was nice and clean, good bathroom with a large shower, plenty of... more

This hotel was very clean and decorated quite modern, however, I think we were in the modernised part of it - so if you go ask to stay in the updated side of the hotel. This hotel was quite small, it didnt have a bar but a couple of doors down was a pub - this was a perfect meeting... more

Airconditioning doesnt work. So with open windows you can hear the street sweepers at 2:30 in the morning! The receptionist for the night shift was very rude. Avoid this hotel more

I was really pleased with this hotel. It's about 25 mins (30 euros with luggage) from the airport though you can catch the Metro easily, it's the last stop on the brown line - Arguelle (pronounced Argwell). The rooms were spacious, clean, bright, stylishly colourful and comfortable. We had a balcony with a street view and a spacious bathroom with... more

This hotel (also goes by Tiro T3 Hotel) is in the business district of Madrid, and within walking distance to Sol (about 20 minutes). There's good shopping nearby and the across the street from a metro stop. They have renovated half of the hotel, so be sure and pay the extra $8 or $9 and get a "superior room." It's... more
