I stayed here for 3 nights just off The Grand Via near to 3 Metro stations and bus stop excellent for getting around Madrid. Staff were very helpfull. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However the carpets are very mucky and old. Also I saw a cockroach in the bathroom - this is disgusting and obviously means that they are not clean enough. Excellent location, next to Gran Via & Puerta del Sol. Room was large with hardwood floors and very clean, we booked when we got there it was 80E/night which was a steal for Madrid. The staff was very friendly, parking near by at 9E/night. No breakfast included. Would definately stay again. more
