After reading reviews Booked via their own website for 5 nights. Reception was indifferent. no help to take the luggage to the rooms. Good location, rooms well appointed and hardly troubled by noise despite being on the busy GranVia. Could not fault the hotel staff and the food was pretty decent for a 4 star more

Went to Madrid for New Year's for 5 days and had a brilliant stay. Very centralised to the main centre/square. The reception doesn't look much but once your inside, the interior design is very pretty and cosy. People are nice. Rooms are nice. The only minor downside is that their are not enough hangers, only provide 4 (if your lucky)... more

We stayed at Hotel senator gran via in Madrid for Christmas and loved the room. We had a free mini bar that was filled up every day.
