In central Madrid just a minute from the Plaza Mayor. The hotel rooms were modern, spacious and cool. The character of the old hotel still remains in the staircase and the lift. The staff were friendly and the location excellent. more

A great location, comfortable hotel with great showers. The hotel however overcharged us for 2 nights and despite various emails do not want anything to do with refunding these charges. Because of this, I would strongly avoid dealing with them again. more

Petit Palace on Arenal is in a very good location, even more so because the Calle Arenal was made into a pedestrian street last year. It is a very good shopping street. We had stayed at 2 other Hi-Tech hotels and this was typical of the chain. The decor is stylish but this particular hotel was a bit more worn than the rest. The rooms were also somewhat smaller but acceptable. The bathroom is "open" to the bedroom so I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are traveling with a close companion.... more

Great Hotel in a fab location, very central. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpfull, booking resturants and cabs. We booked a triple and were given a quad room at the front of the hotel which had a small balcony. Did not have a problem with noise. Would stay here again very good value for money. more
