A very nice property, well situated in Launceston. Within 5 min. walking distance of the waterfront where there are many restaurants and a marina. Also where the river cruises leave from. The hotel is new, nicely furnished, air conditioned and good value for the money. The staff were friendly and very helpful. more

The hotel rooms of this place were certainly stylish and modern. We stayed in delux hotel room which has sliding doors joining the bedroom and sitting room meaning that you could watch tv from your bed! The room itself was very spacious with a lovely deep bath, it seemed that every last detail had been thought of- from the high... more

We stayed only one night in the Cornwell and were very impressed with the hotel. It was clean, effieceint, stylish and the rooms were all of a great size.
