Stayed here with my wife to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary and it was a total let down, for a start this is NOT a four star hotel. I have stayed in Hotels all over the world both on business and for vacations and I can say that this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff completely... more

The hotel is rated 4 stars, but it deserves 2 as per european standard. It has really a good location, nice facade, nice lobby, but the room are shabby, old and cheap furniture, floors in wood. It is impossible to sleep : when somebody is walking in the corridor on such wooden floor the noise is unacceptable. The brakfast is... more

Location excellent right in the middle of Wenceslas Square. For safety we organised a car to pick us up at the airport. They took us both to the hotel for around £12 fantastic service would def use again they also picked us up on the way back . The journey took around 20 mins but how easy. The hotel rooms... more

Booking direct with the hotel was easy. Rooms overlooking the gardens. No noise from the bustling Wenceslas Square. Walking distance to all the key sites. Rooms tidy and well maintained. Staff very friendly always willing to assist. Helpful with booking the riverboat trip and other restaurants. Overall a very pleasing stay at the hotel. Certainly recommended if going to Prague... more

Room was ok, but we did face the front, so overlooked Wenceslas Sq. Yes, the noise was unbearable from all the late night drunks thinking they can sing. We had to leave the window open because the air conditioning in our room only blew hot air.. even when set to 5 C. I reported it to reception the next morning,... more

As most have stated, the hotel is in a great location to see all the sights in Prague. I believe the hotel is Czech owned. We had a small conference at this hotel (as we were a mixed international group of folks and did not want to stay in an American hotel chain). Hotel staff accomodated any and all of... more

This is very good example of the worst of the new breed of flashy hotels in the "new" Europe. It is a four star hotel, but is really not much more than a glossy bed-factory, with very little atmosphere and poor customer service. It is also very expensive compared to other options in Prague. Some minus points: very small room,... more

We were allocated a room overlooking Wenceslas Square which was extremely noisy with people shouting and generally making lots of noise until 5:00am when we managed to fall asleep, This was a Monday night so God knows what it must be like on a weekend. At 7:00am the road works outside the hotel started up and I was at the... more

Frist the good. - Location is excellent and the rooms while a bit on the small side are OK and my room was quiet. - Room safe is large enough to hold a decent size notebook computer. - Internet price is 100 Krone... more

I have recently returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. I was very happy although there are some things to highlight. This hotel is situated in the heart of Prague - Wenceslas Square. Would probably compare this area like Leicester Square or Oxford Street London. At night this sqare is packed with locals and tourists and there is... more
