We stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel Jalta and thought it was fab. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions. Although we took advantage of the free travel passes provided with a random metro & bus trip to the zoo (which we'd highly recommend!) Some reviewers unhappy with the facilities/ breakfast. We stayed in November and found the Jalta to be fully up to four-star standards, particularly room (overlooking the square), bathroom etc (a nice touch: TWO armchairs in room). Fantastic hotel in a central location. I stayed here for 4 nights with my boyfriend, and we got upgraded to the suite! Also included were travel cards valid for the whole stay.
