You basically pay for a roof and a bed and a good location. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the metro station and the powder tower, so can't fault it's location. However, the rooms are small, gloomy and the sheets look old. There's also a red stain on the chair... service is spotty but they speak English at least.... more

The room we had was a good size, overlooked the main road but was not noisy, hotel was very clean, had a great shower and nice fluffy towels were provided.
