Just returned from Prague, which is a beautiful city and I didn't feel too worried about pick pockets etc. I am NOT a fussy person and had read great reviews about the Cloister Inn and was really looking forward to staying there but have to say was disappointed. Travelled in a group of 5 'ladies' to celebrate our 40th birthdays.... more

Just spent a brilliant 4 days in Prague, staying at the Cloister Inn Hotel. On arrival the Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and lovely and warm on a freezing cold day. There was a small fridge in our room with complimentary water, coke and beer in. Tea and cofee were in plentiful... more

We stayed at the Cloister Hotel for 5 days. It was great, staff all spoke English, albeit not all to the same level, very friendly and always greated you with smiles. Hotel different to the usual mass hotel and rooms spread over two adjoining buildings. We were in what they call 'Part 1' and furthest away from the reception, but... more

I just came back from 5 nights at the Hotel Cloister Inn Prague. It was a terrific experience. I arrived very tired early in the morning and my room thankfully was ready so I was able to get a couple of hours sleep before doing the town. First off you cannot beat the location - 5 minutes walk to Charles... more

Best hotel we stayed in on our tour of central Europe (on a budget). Clean, comfortable, excellent location, staff were nice enough and it was reasonably priced (approx €100 for a double). You can get an iron from reception. No complaints. Stay here! more

We didn't have the best experience with check in at Cloister Inn. We did arrive there early (8am) from an overnight train. I was very polite when I asked if a room may be ready early - only if it was possible. She checked with her manager, who spoke in Czech - however my mum could understand some of the... more

The Cloister Inn Hotel, Prague is a great choice for anyone looking for a good quality hotel at reasonable rates in Prague. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel had an excellent security system in place....I had heard a lot about petty theft in Prague before I went, so the scanner at the door, a card to be presented... more

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent -Self service but plenty of variety - cereal, fruit, toast, fruit bread, meat, salads. There was a partial stocked fridge in our room which was free! Free tea and coffee in reception. Free internet use. The location is excellent just a short distance... more

Stayed here with my husband for two nights. It's a very nice, simple hotel with a friendly staff and clean rooms. Ours (208) was quite large with a couch and chairs. Beds were a little hard but not uncomfortable and the huge windows provided a nice breeze as the hotel was a wee bit stuffy. There is air conditioning but... more

I recetnly stayed at the Cloisters Inn for 3 nights during September. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, close to the Bethlehem Chapel, but is well situated for all other places of interest. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, my only criticism was that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, coffee was... more
