The room was satisfactory and there was a nice courtyard for an al fresco breakfast, but some of the staff were as bad as I've seen anywhere. As many have commented before this hotel is not situated on Wenceslas Square, but is about a 10 minute stroll away. So if you are expecting to be on the square this is not the place for you.
