Went to Prague for a Hen Weekend in late October, and stayed at the Hotel Green Garden. It was a lovely hotel! The rooms were clean and the shower was great. The staff were very helpful, albeit a bit overrun by the many groups of tourists from different countries who seemed to be staying during the weekend. The bar was... more

I enjoyed my 3 day stay here in the early April. Front desk above average, very knowledgeable and courteous at all times. Train station by tube to I L Pavolva tube stop, 15 minutes. 3 blocks to hotel. Bought a 3 day travel pass, best buy. The hotel was central for me, clean and very comfortable. Exchanged money easily (Kronas... more

We stayed at this hotel for three nights at the beginning of July. We specifically selected this hotel as it was centrally located and AIR CONDITIONED. We specifically booked a smoking room that was airconditioned. We checked into the hotel only to be informed that we were allocated to a room that was non-smoking and non-airconditioned. Lukily Prague was having... more

Stayed for 3 nights. On our arrival we were allocated Room 510, when we entered the room it was pretty awful. Carpets, walls, pictures on walls all left a lot to be desired. The shower tray was chipped in many places. The towel had at least 6 holes in it and lots of stains. When I complained to reception I... more

We had a great time in Prague at Easter. The hotel is fairly central but between busy roads - noisy if you need the windows open, although there is air con. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts - big choice of cereal, scrambled egg, bacon, breads, ham and cheese, sweet bakes, fruit and... more

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel in a 4 adult suite (2 teenagers ) which consisted of a bed settee for the main bedroom. The room was dingy and smelt 'foosty'. The carpets were dark brown as was the 1960's style furniture. I can honestly state that the room we got ( 407 ) was the worst hotel room... more

We booked a double and we got an apartment with 2 rooms and a big bathroom with 2 washbasins. We supposed that it was a mistake, but we didn't complain:-).Everything was simple but clean. The personnel was nice and helpful. The only annoying aspect was the bad smell in the room, but we lighted some ondorized candles. We were satisfied... more

The hotel is very well situated, 15 mins walk from Wenscles square (all the shopping, Bars & restuarants), and 5 mins walk from metro & tram. Buffet Breakfast was good even though their coffe needs improvement (ask for nescafe & make yr own!!). The rooms are clean and good with a mini bar. The bathroom is a little small though.... more

Prague in June was wonderful, fantastic weather, vibrant atmosphere, wonderful architecture and the most beautiful women I have seen. Anyway the Green Garden is in Praha 2 about 10 mins walk from wenceslas square, the rooms are smallish but comfortable with an awful shower and the grumpiest receptionist in europe although it became fun trying to get her to smile. Breakfast... more
