My husband and I spent 5 nights at the wonderful Savic Hotel Oct. 28-Nov.1, 2008. I had extensively read the reviews on this site before booking, but was no where prepared for the lovely, boutique hotel we enjoyed. From the check in experience (wine or beer offered), pamphlets and suggestions and all questions answered......wow! We were assigned room 304 -... more

Have just returned from a 3 night break with friends at the Savic hotel. EXCELLENT hotel. Our room was on the third floor, good size, comfortable bed, superb bathroom, flat screen tv, nespresso coffee making facilities, safe and the room was spotless. The staff in the hotel were friendly, helpful and efficient. (Wished the same could be said of the... more

We have just returned from a 4 day stay at the Savic Hotel in Prague. The hotel is in an excellent location, just 3 minutes walk away from the Old Town Square. The standard of the hotel is excellent. Bathroom was sumptuous, with every luxury provided. Room standard was excellent, with beautiful decor, flat screen tv and tea/coffee making facilities... more

On arrival at the Savic, we were met with a smile and a complimentary glass of champagne. The receptionist was very helpful, providing information for the landmarks and sights to be seen in Prague. Don't let the small entrance to the hotel put you off, as once you enter the glass sliding doors to the small courtyard and beyond, you... more

This was the best hotel that we have stayed in. We had a diverse group of family ranging from young children to their grandparents. The hotel caters exceptionally well for the entire family. Staff were amazing, great attitude, super friendly, knowledgeable with excellent recomendations, and efficient. We found them to be one of the hotel's best assets (and given the... more

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Savic and we had a fantastic time. The location of the hotel is EXCELLENT - close to everything and lots of bars/restaurants nearby. The service by staff in the hotel and restaurant was also great. And last but not least our room was perfect (room 204). We would highly recommend this... more

Even if the Savic Hotel hadn’t upgraded us to a superb suite we would have been very happy with our three-day stay. Like other weary travellers we certainly appreciated the glass of sparkling wine while we checked in - though resisted it as an offering in the splendid breakfast buffet! The Savic was all one could ask of a hotel:... more

Yes, the Savic can be difficult to find. Medieval streets were not laid out in anticipation of cars or tourists. We used the pick-up service arranged by the hotel. On our first day, using our map we still walked in circles, so I'm glad we did. Yes, to get to some rooms, the elevator leaves you a half-floor short of... more

I cannot recommend highly enough the beautiful and charming Savic Hotel in central Prague. Firstly, the location is perfect for a weekend's exploration of Prague, you are literally on the doorstep of the main clock tower square yet slightly off so noise is minimal. The hotel itself is small but it is a skillful and sensitive blend of old and... more

This was our first time in Prague and we were so impressed with the Savic! The location couldn't be beat. It was very close to everything we wanted: all of the famous sites, restaurants, and shops. All of this was literally on our doorstep. The hotel itself was beautiful: everything was brand new and clean. The room was very nice:... more
