This a hidden Gem, in close proximity to the main square. The rooms are well proportioned, and clean. The location is surprisingly quiet given its main location.. The reception staff were very helpfull. And a good facility, free internet access also available. more

Loved the Globtrotter with it's courtyard and balconies. It was comfy, clean, and cheap but we really appreciated that it was warm and had a kettle for our early mornig cuppa. The shared fridge was a bonus too as our trip to Austwich and Berkenau (which can't be missed) coincided with a holiday so the shops were closed. We bought... more

Great location, large room, No. 1, comfortable bed, nice and cosy, close to all the action. But what really made it for us was the staff. They couldn't do enough for us, they organised tours to the Salt mines, Auschwitz and also a shooting trip. I can't reccomend this place too highly. Do yourself a favour and stay at the... more

Having stayed here before I knew what to expect, and was not disappointed. Clean accomodation within a few minutes' walk of the town centre . Staff friendly and obliging, nothing is too much trouble - typical Polish hospitality in fact.. Quiet location but within easy reach of local restaurants and bars, shops and transport. Krakow has quickly become the 'in'... more

We stayed at the Globtroter for 4nights and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow who values great service, excellent location and comfortable, clean accommodation. From the time of inquiry / booking our emails were promptly responded to. During our stay the staff were, without exception, friendly and very helpful. It is in a quiet spot, yet very close... more

The Globetrotter guest house is perfectly located. You are just in the Old Town with an extremely easy access to all crucial sights and cafes and pubs. Staff in the reception are very helpful and efficient. Rooms are clean, quiet, equipped with a TV set and a kettle with tea and coffee. There is a communal room on the floor... more

I stayed for three nights in mid Oct and have only positive remarks. Cannot fault it at all. Great guest house has all you need but no breakfast which was fine with me because you pay over teh odds for that in other hotels & B+Bs. I went solo but had a twin room with ensuite shower which had towels... more

Just back from a 3 nt stay at Globtrotter. Ideal location only round the corner from main square. Our party of 15 had two apartments and a double room in the same block, all rooms very clean & facing onto courtyard. Showers were hot & towels fresh. Cannot praise staff enough, very helpful. excellent organisation of airport transfers, trips to... more
