Stayed here with a group, perhaps you'd get better service as an individual. Desk staff could careless that entire group was waiting in lobby while they started sorting out rooms. Very unorganized. Hotel ok,,, spa/pool very nice, but full of families with screaming children. The hotel serves it's purpose, great decks from the rooms. Hotel is without charm. more

We stayed in the Hotel Golf for 4 nights last year as part of a honeymoon package. We were travelling throughout Slovenia and Croatia. The view from the room was the only good point. We had to pay for that as an extra. The staff did not help at all. We were never shown to a table for breakfast or helped in any way. First of all, don't let the picture fool you...that's the picture of the hotel next door! We stayed for just one night in Hotel Golf and found the room very comfortable with stunning lakeside views. Breakfast wasn't wonderful but the Spa centre is terrific and we spent a lot of time there. A very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. more

We stayed for three nights on half board, not a bad thing as there appears to be a limited choice of good restaurants in Bled. We stayed for 5 days in late March. When we first got in, there was a big sales conference of a large global IT company in the hotel, quite a disappointment since both of us work in similar professions and immediately the atmosphere brought us back to our normal work mindset... We stayed at the Hotel for a week's skiing and were very impressed. The breakfast and the dinner choices are varied and very difficult not to try a bit of each! The pool was gorgeous and the hot tub just what you needed after a hard day's skiing. They laid on tea, coffee and biscuits once the ski bus came... more

the hotel itsalf is very nice. We had a large room which was well, if somewhat anonymously, furnished. Very clean and well maintained too. The problem for us was that its not really geared up for families. its better for couples wanting a quiet place. We went for the skiing but you have to catch a bus to the resort... more
