Along with noisy renovation, which has knocked out once-grand lobby and public space, seems like hotel is understaffed at present (11 rings to get a telephone operator). during my stay, there were many non working items (cable tv, no hot water in shower), along with annoying service items (maids who would knock on door even when do not disturb light... more

It will COST you for going in and out of that hotel at least $20/$25.00 to leave; everyone has their hands out and upon the return if you run thou the front door you can get out of paying to return to your $1200.00 a-day room. They did not tell me upon booking the room there is a 44millondollar 7... more

Property is very tastefully-decorated and also bears that unblemished appearance and scent-free fresh cleanliness that only a quiet, unseen army of well-trained staff can create. There was nary any evidence of the enormous construction project underway; in fact, the temporary entrance itself was intimate and graceful. The extensive spa and gym were a pleasure (and silent, too!) - sun-filled and... more

This the ultimate Business hotel. Flexible service, very service-minded staff with right mindset, willing to do everything you need for your conferences success. The Catering department is outstanding and it is great that Four Seasons has started to purchase locally produced food. We wanted to hold our meeting as Green as possible, and Four Seasons certainly met our expectations. Rooms... more

I have stayed at this Four Seasons on several occasions, but my last visit was a real disappointment. There are extensive renovations in progress that are very noisy and disruptive, in spite of their reassurances to the contrary. This is definitely not the Four Seasons experience you would expect. My advice is to avoid it until the renovations are complete.... more

A great place!!!! Stayed here for a weekend and is in the heart of upscale Georgetown. Close to all museums and monuments that fascinate me. The restaurant was good for B, L and Dinner. The rooms were fairly new and large. Staff was fantastic. I would go back. more

My wife arrived at 11AM after a red eye from Los Angeles and was told her room wasn't ready. We had a suite at about $1500 a night for three nights. She told them she'd take anything, bigger or smaller as soon as it was ready Knowing that, they still checked in numererous other people during the day before finally... more
