As per reported by other travelers before, it is a very new hotel with excellent hardware. However, the software is far below expectation and no better than a 3-star hotel. Well, rooms are great. Queen size bed instead of queen for our deluxe room. Spacious with state of the art amenities. Internet surfing via TV, bath salts provided, 2 drinks from minibar daily.
