the location is a bit far to walk to Ben Tanh market for the elderly. about 700-800 metres. there is only one lift which is very small and slow in the whole hotel. we were given room 407 which was terrible - refrigerator not working, toilet door lock damaged, flush not working. Loved the corner-room, with a balcony with a view of the busy street and the park. But as Vietnamese drivers use their horn more than their pedals, I would recommend getting completely [--] drunk and use earplugs, if you would like to sleep longer than 0530 in the morning. more
